Set amidst the quaint residential area of Nugegoda, this project unfolds on a modest 6-perch plot of land. The client's vision was clear: they sought a residence comprising 𝟯 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀, 𝟯 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀, 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀. 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲-𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮 𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮, 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗿, 𝗴𝘆𝗺 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲. However, crafting this elaborate design on such a confined space posed a significant challenge. The task demanded creative finesse to seamlessly integrate all the desired elements within the limited area of the land. Just as the project was in full swing, an unexpected hurdle emerged in the form of an economic crisis gripping Sri Lanka. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗕𝘆 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗺 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀. Notably, a significant portion of savings was realized through prudent choices in doors and windows, without compromising on quality or aesthetics. In the end, our design not only met the client's exacting specifications but also adeptly tackled the dual challenges of space constraints and economic adversity. It stands as a testament to our ability to deliver excellence, even in the face of adversity.
